Friendly Reminders
- Please be mindful if your water heater is located in your garage, to keep your heat on in the garage.
- If the weather gets significantly cold, please allow you faucet to drip slightly to keep the water flowing and the pipes from freezing.
- Picking up pet waster is mandatory per the signed pet agreements. We will begin noticing units spotted not cleaning up after their animals.
Hayden Lake Marathon and Half Marathon, October 19th 7 am-4 pm Marathoner Halloween Story time at the Carousel, October 30th, 10:30 am-11:30 am at the Carousel in Downtown Coeur d'Alene Fall Fest & Apple Palooza, October 26th, 10 am-3 pm at 5th street & Sherman Ave in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Hayrides, music, food and apple tasting!
